I was responsible for managing BCS Consulting's social media presence and supporting both internal and external communications across multiple channels, working closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to develop engaging, brand-aligned content that strengthened audience engagement and reinforced the company's values and culture.

One of our most successful campaigns was the Employee Ownership (EO) Day celebration, marking BCS Consulting's first year as an employee-owned business. I led the creative production of the campaign video, which received strong engagement and helped communicate the significance of this milestone to employees, clients, and wider stakeholders.

Most recently, I worked closely with Accenture's Office Management teams to ensure that office-based communications and visual displays remained aligned with global brand standards. This included creating and curating content for digital screens, signage, and workplace communications, as well as promoting upcoming events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and the overall workplace experience.

Alongside my corporate experience, I have also worked within the events and entertainment sector, supporting an LGBTQ+ venue as a promoter and creative marketer. In this role, I produced promotional showreels, video content, and marketing materials to increase brand awareness, drive event attendance, and build engagement across social media and digital platforms.

These experiences have enabled me to develop a versatile approach to communications and content creation, adapting messaging and creative output to engage a wide range of audiences while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence.
