I have been managing the bcsconsulting.com website, closed 2023 due to the acquisition by Accenture (setup on Wordpress) and the companies Sharepoint site. Managing all content and design, as well as setting up a business literacy library, a management training portal, case study, CV and photography. As well as organising all online content since Covid on Microsoft Stream. From 2023 - 2025, part of my role as Global Brand Manager was to create a portal FAQ site for the entire company that could be transposed into the companies 'Amethyst' system (GenAi Agent).  The purpose was to create a self serve chatbot system to save employees time.
