I was responsible for managing the BCS Consulting website (bcsconsulting.com), built on WordPress, until its closure in 2023 following the acquisition by Accenture. Alongside this, I managed the company's SharePoint environment, overseeing both content strategy and visual design to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.

My responsibilities included the development and maintenance of several business-critical knowledge repositories, including a business literacy library, management training portal, case study database, CV repository, and photography archive. During and following the COVID-19 pandemic, I also organised and managed the company's digital content on Microsoft Stream, creating a centralised and accessible resource for employees.

Between 2023 and 2025, as Global Brand Manager, I led the creation of a comprehensive FAQ and knowledge portal designed for use across the global organisation. The content was structured to integrate seamlessly with Accenture's "Amethyst" GenAI platform, enabling the development of a self-service chatbot experience. The objective was to improve access to information, enhance employee productivity, and reduce time spent searching for answers by providing instant, AI-powered support.

Since 2026, I have been designing and developing websites for startup consultancies, creating scalable digital platforms that support both current business needs and future growth. My approach focuses on building flexible, responsive solutions that deliver a seamless user experience across multiple devices and platforms.

By implementing modern, adaptable frameworks, these websites can be efficiently extended into mobile applications if required, providing clients with a cost-effective and future-ready digital presence. This enables startup organisations to establish a strong online foundation while maintaining the flexibility to evolve their digital ecosystem as their business grows.
